Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).
- We do not store full payment card information.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or app store settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our **Refund Policy** or the terms of the relevant payment platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials in the Service, including software, logos, graphics, and content, are owned or licensed by Chaos VPN and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our prior written permission.
6. Privacy

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using Chaos VPN at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
